No you don't. The setting is there but it does not allow you to change from Windows Camera. Windows Camera is the only one in the drop down. The Pro shot dev has previously explained that is still not an option for him.

Until these apps can either be set as the default camera app or can be accessed via Lenses, they'll remain only marginally useful.
I have the paid ProShot version but uses it very seldom. I have the CameraSight but use it mostly for editing. I might try to download the others but I not sure if I will ever use them.
